Little details you might want to know before becoming a part of the Fit Panda Family!
First class SPECIAL
Your first GROUP class with us is only R100, to help you get a feel for what we're all about. Thereafter you can choose one of our payment options. Late cancelation and credit reschedule policies apply.
Payments
Weekly reservation payments are made at the beginning of the month for your chosen classes. Payment can be made before the 5th, thereafter your reservation will be removed. After payment has been received you have the freedom to reschedule your classes as often as needed during the month (please note the 12 hour cancelation policy below)* Flexible packs, such as the Pop in Panda pack or Private packages are valid for a certain amount of time and you have flexibility to choose your classes as you go. * We regret that we cannot extend the expiry date of your credits.
Payments can be made via Card, EFT or Snapscan.
*Cancelation policy
We have a strict 12 hour cancelation policy on all group classes, therefore you must reschedule at least 12 hours before the class starts or you risk forfeiting the credit. This is to ensure our instructors can be paid according to their booking list without last minute cancelations, we hope you understand! Private sessions must cancel before 5pm the day before, to allow your instructor time to fill the space with another client if possible. Please note that rescheduled credits cannot be refunded or used to credit your next invoice.
How to reschedule
You can reschedule your classes as often as needed via our booking platform, Bookamat. This app will allow you to view your 'activities' (classes already paid for) and reschedule into any of our other group classes. Please note that rescheduled credits cannot be used as credit on your next invoice. The cancelation policy above will still apply.
