Rebounding options:

- Bounce Essentials:

The perfect place to start your rebounding journey! This 30 minute class will work towards increased endurance, balance and strength while focusing on correct technique and posture while rebounding. 

- Bounce Groove Sculpt:

A dance fitness class on a rebounder, where you move to the music (think bouncing Zumba class), you’ll be having too much fun to notice that you’re even exercising. Let’s bounce into shape. This class is 45 minutes long.

- Bounce HIIT

The Bounce Interval Training Effect. This exclusive Fit Panda class is our take on a HIIT class, using a structured format to create the ultimate full body workout with a rebounder.  You will feel the bite, with a combination of cardio, arms, legs and core....all with the constant 'Bounce'. This class is 45 minutes long.

- P.ounce

Pounce brings you the perfect combo of rebounding and pilates. This class combines the core strength, control & mobility of pilates with the endurance, conditioning &cardio benefits of rebounding. The class moves at an improver/intermediate pace and is 50 minutes long.

Pilates options:

- Foundation Pilates:

This gentle class is the perfect place to start if you are looking for a very gentle flow that's suitable to someone who needs a bit more attention due to rehabilitation of an injury/medical condition or limited mobility. Pensioners receive a discount on this class, of R110 per class. This is also a safe class for pre-natal clients.

- Pilates Gentle :

This gentle flow is suitable for beginners as well as pregnancy, but still offers enough challenge to help improve your practice and gain strength and flexibility. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment.

- Pilates Flow:

Designed to bridge the gap between Gentle and Intermediate pilates, this is an improver class. Although this class moves at a faster pace than gentle it is still suitable for beginners provided they have no health concerns or rehabilitation needs.

- Pilates Power :

This session moves at a more intense pace then the Gentle and will introduce some advanced Pilates exercises while building core strength and body awareness. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment

Barre Fitness :

A fun cardio combination of ballet techniques using the barre (no dance experience required!), Pilates and Yoga. All brought together in a dynamic class sure to get you sweating and burning in all the right places while moving to the beat. Join us to find out what all the fuss is about!
