SESSION INFORMATION

Pilates - Gentle :

This gentle flow is suitable for beginners as well as pregnancy, but still offers enough challenge to help improve your practice and gain strength and flexibility. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment.

Pilates - Intermediate :

This session moves at a more intense pace then the Gentle and will introduce some advanced Pilates exercises while building core strength and body awareness. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment.

Pilates - PUMP

This high intensity class combines pilates with traditional strength training and cardio. Giving you a full body workout that will build endurance, strength and body awareness.

Pilates Flow:

Designed to bridge the gap between Gentle and Intermediate pilates, this is an improver class. Although this class moves at a faster pace than gentle it is still suitable for beginners provided they have no health concerns or rehabilitation needs.
 

Bounce30

A 30 minute cardio blast on a rebounder. This class will have you bouncing to the music for a full half an hour, we place a lot of value on creating a playlist that will keep you motivated to move! You will sweat and have blast! Lose weight, get fit and build strength in this full body workout.

Barre Fitness :

A fun cardio combination of ballet techniques using the barre (no dance experience required!), Pilates and Yoga. All brought together in a dynamic class sure to get you sweating and burning in all the right places while moving to the beat. Join us to find out what all the fuss is about!
 

Yoga - Gentle Vinyasa :

A Vinyasa flow, gentle enough for beginners but still maintaining a flow that will build endurance and mobility while connecting mindfully to your body. Find a sense of inner peace and self love through your personal yoga journey.
