REBOUNDING options:

- Bounce Groove:

A dance fitness class on a rebounder, where you move to the music (think bouncing Zumba class). Low impact and super fun, effective cardio class. 45 minutes

Medium Intensity -

Cardio & coordination focus

- Bounce HIIT

This exclusive Fit Panda class is our take on a HIIT class, using a structured format to create the ultimate full body workout (all low impact!) with a rebounder. Work towards your fitness goals...while using gravity to your advantage! 45 minutes

Higher Intensity -

Cardio & Strength focus

- P.ounce

Pounce brings you the perfect combo of rebounding, strength and pilates. This class combines the core strength, control & mobility of pilates with the endurance, conditioning &cardio benefits of rebounding. 50 minutes

Higher Intensity -

Strength & Endurance focus

PILATES options:

- Foundation Pilates:

This gentle class is the perfect place to start! Also suitable for someone who needs a bit more attention due to rehabilitation of an injury/medical condition or limited mobility. 

Low Intensity - 

Pre/Post Natal friendly

- Pilates Gentle :

This gentle flow is suitable for beginners as well as pregnancy, but still offers enough challenge to help improve your practice and gain strength and flexibility.

Low Intensity -

Pre/Post Natal friendly

- Pilates Flow:

This is an improver class. Although this class moves at a faster pace than gentle it is still suitable for beginners provided they have no health concerns or rehabilitation needs.

Medium Intensity - 

Improver/Intermediate level

- Pilates Power :

This session moves at a more intense pace then the Pilates Flow and will introduce some advanced Pilates exercises while building core strength and body awareness. 

Higher Intensity -

Intermediate/Advanced level

- Pilates Chair Trio :

The Pilates Chair is a versatile piece of equipment invented by Joseph Pilates himself. These classes are limited to 3 people.

BARRE & DANCE options :

- Barre Fitness :

A fun & dynamic full-body workout. Combining dance techniques using the barre (no dance experience required!), pilates & strength. 

Higher Intensity -

Cardio & Strength focus
 

- Dance Cardio Fitness :

A energetic class that combines dance moves with cardio to get your heart pumping and your body moving! No dance experience needed.

Medium Intensity -

Cardio & coordination focus
 

- DANCE terms :

Join a 'Dance Choreo' term! Each term will focus on a specific routine, which you will be taught and feel confident to dance from top to bottom by the end of the term. Term lengths vary from 3 weeks to 6 weeks (depending of the dance).

Dance styles offered include BURLESQUE, Sensual FLOORWORK and CONTEMPORARY.
