Pilates - Gentle :
A session for those with some Pilates experience, a gentle flow with some challenges to help improve your practice. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment.
Pilates - Power :
This session moves at a more intense pace then the Gentle and will introduce some advanced Pilates exercises while building core strength and body awareness. All Pilates mat classes occasionally make use of small equipment.
Yoga - Yin Stretch:
While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Combined with a morning stretch routine, this is the perfect start to the day!
This practice is designed to support you and your baby physically, as well as mentally and emotionally throughout your prenatal journey. We will use a combination of movement, breathwork and meditation to facilitate intuitive connection with your changing body and your growing baby. Relax, strengthen and gain confidence in your unique capabilities as a woman and mother.
Yoga - Gentle Vinyasa :
A Vinyasa flow, gentle enough for beginners but still maintaining a flow that will build endurance and mobility while connecting mindfully to your body. Find a sense of inner peace and self love through your personal yoga journey.
Yoga - Power Vinyasa:
Similar to the gentle vinyasa but with more intensity and a faster pace. Perfect for builiding strength, endurance and flexibility while still finding a depth and mindfulness.
Barre Fitness :
A fun cardio combination of ballet techniques using the barre (no dance experience required!), Pilates and Yoga. All brought together in a dynamic class sure to get you sweating and burning in all the right places while moving to the beat. Join us to find out what all the fuss is about!
