Private Reformer Pilates :​
We offer private pilates sessions in our 'Therapy Room' (next door to the main studio), with the use of a Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair. Using pilates equipment can help take your pilates practice to the next level, by incorporating the use of springs and straps to create resistance and improve mobility.​
Private Pilates Price list 2025:

4 pack of sessions - R2 160 (valid for 8 weeks)
8 pack of sessions - R3 840 (valid for 8 weeks)

Movement Rehab : ​
In addition to Pilates we also offer Movement Rehabilitation with our specialist, Sharna. These sessions are designed to help rehabilitate
recovery from injuries, surgeries
or medical conditions.
