Private Reformer Pilates :
We offer private pilates sessions in our 'Therapy Room' (next door to the main studio), with the use of a Pilates Reformer and Pilates Chair. Using pilates equipment can help take your pilates practice to the next level, by incorporating the use of springs and straps to create resistance and improve mobility.
Private Pilates Price list 2025:
Drop in - R600
4 pack of sessions - R2 160 (valid for 8 weeks)
8 pack of sessions - R3 840 (valid for 8 weeks)
All Private sessions are arranged by appointment only.

Groups between 4 - 8 : R1500
Groups between 9 - 14 : R1750
Burlesque Bash : R2500 (includes props, bubbly & glasses)
If you want the 'Wine & Pilates' option please add R650 to your price.
